Each of our homes offer electrical hook-ups for a washer and dryer.  All you have to do is remember to bring your laundry equipment and all service hook-ups or you can rent a washer and dryer through us.       

Yes. We have a large game room that features a  pool table.

Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm

A fun playground for children, two spacious dog runs and a gazebo area with BBQs for entertaining are family-friendly amenities offered by Arlington West Apartment Homes.

Our leasing requirements include a completed and approved rental application, an application fee of $35 per applicant, a security deposit of $99 with favorable credit, proof of income or financial means and an a administrative fee of $300.

Yes, your pet cat and/or dog are welcome at Arlington West Apartment Homes. Pets of any size are welcome; however, we do restrict aggressive breeds (as well as mixed breeds that include any parts of a breed we deem aggressive). A $150 refundable pet deposit per pet, a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $15 per month for pets under 25 lbs and $35 per month for pets over 25 lbs. pet rent are required to have a pet in your home.

What if I get PCS orders before the 12-month lease ends?

The military clause will apply.

Yes, a waiting list is offered year round. The benefit of our waiting list is our leasing staff will monitor availability for your time frame and contact you once an home is available.

The residents of Arlington West Apartment Homes are responsible for power through JOEMC, water (with sewer, and storm water) through City of Jacksonville, cable television, telephone, and internet, unless you rent with us with our all inclusive package which includes water, sewer, trash, and an electric cap (amount depends on size). 

You can most certainly let your representative know which home style you are interested in. They will do their best to try and fit your needs and interests.

Our dedicated maintenance team is on standby 24 hours a day / 7 days a week for your emergency situations.

Absolutely! We offer a 3-5 month lease for an additional $75.00, and a 6-11 month lease for an additional $50.
